Miguel Mimoso

Hi! My name is Miguel Mimoso and I’m 24 years old. Born and raised in Cascais (Lisbon), my education began in local schools, always closely tied to artistic areas. When the time came to choose a specific course in high school, the choice of “Visual Arts” became evident. This three-year experience served as a foundation for my personal and professional development.

After completing high school, I was admitted to my first choice for university, the “Communication Design” course at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon. During this period (which lasted one year), I developed valuable skills in design, communication, and management, which I have applied to all the projects I have been involved in since then.

However, I cannot tell my story without mentioning the central role that my Christian faith plays in my life. At the age of 14, I was invited to visit a church for the first time, which was a significant turning point that shaped my worldview and motivated me to follow a path of service, dedication, and excellence.

In 2021, I had the conviction that I should go to Aveiro to assist in planting and developing a church. Without hesitation, I left Lisbon and discontinued the Communication Design course I had started, moving to this wonderful new city to support CCLX Aveiro, my current church. This experience further strengthened my values of dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. The principles that guide my Christian faith also reflect in my work. I am always committed to learning, exceeding expectations, and delivering high-quality results.

I enrolled at the University of Aveiro for a year in the Marketing program, through which I gained new skills in the areas of strategic communication, management, finance, and accounting.

Since then, I have developed various projects with design and advertising agencies, worked on one-off freelance jobs, and, for the past year, joined a communication team in the healthcare field – Tua Saúde – an informational website that receives over 50 million visits per month.
